Remodel Update!
We have started the remodel of our reception area! During this part of the remodel, we will have some noticeable (temporary) changes. These may be subject to change as we see how things work.
- We are still open during our regular hours and we are still seeing appointments and performing surgeries.
- The front door will not be accessible, please use the marked door on the same side of the building instead.
- Due to the extremely limited size of our temporary reception area, we are providing Curbside Service again and are asking that you wait in your vehicles.
- Curbside Service means you will call us to check in for your appointment and let us know where you are parked and you and your pet will wait in your vehicle until your appointment time. You WILL be able to come into the building to be with your pet during the appointment. Once we have a room available we will come and get you and your pet and you will be taken directly into an exam room where they will be seen as usual by your veterinarian.
- We will likely experience a high volume of calls due to the remote check in process. We ask for your patience and if you can't get through right away, please try calling back in a few minutes.
- The parking lot may be filled with work vehicles and construction items, please use caution around them.
- Please be patient with us as things will be going slower than usual. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we appreciate your understanding as we are working on the final stage of our remodel!
Appointment Protocol:
- Park in a numbered parking spot
- Call us and check in with one of our receptionists and tell them your parking spot number
- Wait for an assistant to come and get you at your appointment time
- You WILL be able to come into the building to be with your pet during the appointment.
- The assistant will lead you to and from your car to the exam room to avoid any confusion.
Surgery Check In/Check out Protocol:
- Park in a numbered parking spot
- Call us and check in with one of our receptionists and tell them your parking spot number
- Someone will be out to your car shortly with the necessary presurgical forms
- Once forms are all filled out, we will return and collect the paperwork and bring your pet into the clinic
- For surgery pick up, it will be the same.
Medication Pickup Protocol:
- Park in a numbered parking spot
- Please call us at 509-765-6794 from your vehicle to check in and we can assist you. This includes prescriptions and food pick up.
