Pioneer Veterinary Clinic's Change in Hours

Dear Valued Clients,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to our clinic's hours of operation. After many years of offering extended evening hours, we have made the decision to reduce our hours slightly in order to better support the long term well-being of our team and ensure the quality of care you have come to expect from us. 

Effective September 1, 2025, our new hours of operation will be:

Monday through Friday: 7am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 4pm
Closed on Sundays 

We understand this may be an adjustment particularly for clients who have utilized our evening appointments in the past. We want to reassure you that Dr Redding, who previously provided care during our evening hours, remains a valued member of our team and will continue to see patients during our daytime hours. 

We recognize the importance of accessibility and convenience in veterinary care, and we will continue to do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs with our new hours.
